Award-winning saxophonist. Dean is a semi-finalist in the Thelonious Monk Competition and winner of the North American Saxophone Alliance Competition.

He has performed with GRAMMY winners Roy Hargrove and Wynton Marsalis, and at iconic venues including Dizzy’s Club, Minton’s Playhouse, and Smalls.

Dean holds a master's degree from Juilliard and he has taught at Juilliard MAP.
